A tasteful decor in a quiet location on the door steps of the Mt William walkway and on the Te Araroa trail with great views over Auckland and the Waikato. Dine at Bracu for dinner and/or the John Hill winery for lunch which are close by or head to the beaches of Kariotahi or to Kaiaua for some great fish and chips or just enjoy the quiet countryside and soak in the spa with a good book. 20 Minutes to Hampton Downs, Karaka, Pukekohe, Hunuas & 35 to the Auckland Airport
The space
A brand new modular home which is well appointed, we have tried to make it as welcoming as possible for our guests to enjoy. Breakfast both cooked and continental are provided for you to prepare (Muesli, Pokeno bacon, Our own free range eggs, toast, condiments) Nespresso machine, wine and some snacks are available for guests. It is on a farm so at times guests may experience what you would expect on a working farm such as stock movement and hay making etc.

Guests will have access to the entire area where the home is located.

Sorry but we are unable to host pets.
No shoes inside.
No smoking.
Rural area, no parties or excessive noise. Noise curfew from 10pm to 9am.
A BBQ is available for use during your stay. Please clean with the appropriate supplied cleaner after use. We reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning if the BBQ is found dirty.
Rubbish - an allowance has been made for 1x full orange rubbish bag. Additional rubbish must be taken with you or dropped at a local refuse disposal station.
Recycling - an allowance for 1x full recycling bin has been made per stay. Additional recycling must be taken with you or an additional charge of $25 per box will be applied for disposal.
Electric Vehicle Charging- We are unable to accommodate electrical vehicle charging at the property, there is a fast charging station location at the Bombay service center.
