New and modern cozy apartment in the entire first floor of the house. Our house is located in a quiet cul de sac location in the village of Blersum, which is about 2 km from the town of Wittmund. The separately purchased apartment is about 80 square meters and consists of a kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom with bath / shower and a separate toilet. The large master bedroom has a double bed in the size 180 x 200 cm. The smaller bedroom has two single beds in the size of 100 x 200 cm. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee machine, Senseo coffee pad machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, convection oven, electric cooker with ceramic hob, fridge freezer etc. Next available are for free use washing machine and tumble dryer and ironing facilities, satellite TV and internet access (WiFi). Our apartment is a Non smoking apartment; Pets are not allowed. We have a large property, which enables an unobstructed view over the meadows and fields in the back garden. A part of it is available for our guests with a beach chair and a garden house, which invites to stay, relax and grilling. Of course, garden furniture and barbecue. Likewise, there are four bikes with gears for exploring the area free of charge (a 28er 28er men's and a women's bike and a trekking and a 26er bike). There's a children playground and soccer field is present in 150 m distance. A cot and high chair can be delivered on request. A parking space on the plot is available.
