This 4 bedroom 3 bathroom vacation pool and spa home is situated in the lovely resort community of Solana.
This spacious home has a seating area and a formal dinning area as you walk in through the front door. The dinning table has seating for 6 people with a further table and four chairs by the kitchen nook.
There are two master bedrooms in this home, both of them are en suite.
The main master to the right of the home has a large bathroom with a walk in shower and large bath tub. The toilet is in a seperate little room.
There is also a large walk in shower and double vanity.
The Main Master has a King sized bed and a TV.
The second Master is to the left of the home, the bathroom for this bedroom has a shower and tub combined and a single vanity. The bed is a Queen sized one in this room also has a TV.
Just along the hall are the two twin bedrooms. Both the twin rooms have two twin sized beds in each room and both the twin rooms have a TV, they also share a full bathroom with a shower and tub combination.
Large flat screen TV in the main family room, which looks out on to the pool area accessed through the sliding patio doors.
The pool area has a safety fence which you can take down if you don't have little ones with you to give you more space on the deck for sunbathing.
The pool and spa can be heated during the colder months, this home has a gas pool heater.
Fully equiped kitchen so you can have a nice breakfast at home to set you up for what ever adventure you're of to for that day, whether you're off to the parks or one of our beautiful beaches.
