The modern property is centrally located with plenty of parking available. This three- bedroom, three-bathroom home has plenty of space. The downstairs one bedroom, one bathroom unit is fully self contained with external access for that extra privacy.
It’s the perfect base for a family getaway.
The property is wheelchair friendly with large and spacious rooms to get around and a ramp on entry.
The covered verandah has a large dining table to enjoy meals or family games, and an outdoor heater is provided to stay cosy on those cooler evenings.
Enjoy the warm breeze and seamless indoor/outdoor flow with the large doors and windows opening right up to the veranda. An afternoon nap is hard to resist on the comfortable spacious couch, with the TV offering all your channels including Sky.
The amenity filled kitchen has plenty of bench space and a gas stove top to create gourmet meals. Alternately, you can fire up the barbeque outside to make the most of the mesmerising views.
Take a stroll down the road and make a visit to the Saturday market. Just around the corner, you’ll find Waiheke’s golf course and selection of wineries, breweries, and restaurants to choose from.
There are multiple private walking tracks on the property to enjoy from your door step. Head out the back door and get those quads fired up to the top of the hill where you will feel on top of the world with the 360 degree views.
Your friendly tour guides Benji and Spooks are most likely to accompany you sharing their preferred route. The estate pets don’t mind giving you space, but will certainly appreciate a good pat. Don’t forget to grab your favourite beverage and make the most of the scenery.
The Jacuzzi is the perfect spot to wind down at the end of the evening and take in the amazing sunset. Kanuka Hill is waiting to welcome you.

Minimum stays: Seven nights between mid-December and mid-January, two nights all other times and three nights for public holiday weekends.
Security Deposit: A security deposit of $500 will be preauthorized to your credit card 2 days before departure. This will be released 5 days after departure. A 3.5 credit card surcharge applies to all card payments.
