This ground level, 3 bedroom, family holiday home is situated footsteps away from the beautiful North Beach. This lovely beach house has been in the same family for 4 generations, and is a well-loved and treasured home.
It's comfortable and neat, with all the facilities needed to spend a fun and relaxing time at the beach.
The house is situated close to "Pudden Rock" and lays claim to being one of the lucky houses to have sea views and a 2 minute walk to the beach where there is no car access.
The front of the house faces the sea, and sports a large grass area perfect for playing ball sports. Many a cricket, boule and croquet game has been played here over the years. There's plenty of room to play on the lawn, or watch, or read from the spacious deck. On the eastern side of the house is the reserve (community park) complete with BBQ and gazebo, public toilets and shower, playground, exercise equipment, basketball half court, and handball court. It's the perfect outdoor place for children to play when they're tired of the beach, or when it's windy on the sea side.
The small community along the street makes the house private, friendly, safe, and super comfortable for families. It's the perfect place to get away from the busyness of life.
This isn't a party house. It will suit couples, small families, and those looking to recharge the batteries. It's a place you will not want to leave!
