Game Room: complete with separate bar, ping pong and air hockey tables, arcade machine with Pac-Man, Galaga, as well as many other 80’s games, and Karaoke

Patio: Has an over-sized pool and hot tub that seats 8-10 adults, lots of seating, BBQ grill, toys for kids and adults, and plenty of space.

Garage: Stocked with bicycles, beach chairs, wagon, soccer goal, balls for all types of sports.

Dining Room: There is a dining table that fits 16 people, and one baby highchair.

Kitchen: Chef’s kitchen with a large center island. It has a microwave, oven with stove top, 2 refrigerators, dishwasher and beverage refrigerator.

Movie Room: Over-sized couch with large TV, puzzles and board games.

Office: Executive office with ample room to spread out and work, complete with printer.

Work out Room: Dumb bells, kettle bells, tension bands, yoga mats, punching bag and gloves.

First Floor Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed, TV, closet, shared bathroom
Bedroom 2: Double-size bed with twin trundle, TV, closet, shared bathroom

Second Floor Bedrooms:

Master Bedroom 3: King-size bed, wardrobe, TV, private sitting area, coffee bar, balcony, private bathroom

Third Floor Bedrooms:

Guest access

Entire property and amenities except for some owner's closets and owner's garage. Guests will receive full details regarding check-in information one day prior to check-in.

Other things to note

-Pool is NOT heated:

-Hot tub is heated via natural gas and is metered. The recommended temperature is 98-102 degrees Fahrenheit. The hot tub is large and may take several hours to reach the desired temperature depending on the weather conditions.

SUPPLIES
Every guest will be provided with a starter pack of toiletries and supplies. Guests are expected to purchase anything beyond what was provided in the starter pack.

Starter Pack:
- 1 paper towel roll in the kitchen
- 2 toilet paper rolls in each bathroom
- 10 sealed bottles of purified drinking water in the kitchen
- liquid soap for dishes

We also provide pool towels, bed linens, and cotton towels for each reservation.

PARKING: Driveway and lawn inside hedge row and/or fence. Entrance way is not to be blocked due to fire hazard

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. on the day of your arrival.
Check-out time is before 10:00 a.m. on the day of your departure.

The housekeepers will arrive at 10:00 a.m. Any late check-out will delay the cleaning staff and negatively impact the incoming guest's experience.

Early check-in may be available only if the house is not booked for the day before your arrival date. Similarly, late check-out may be available if the house is still unavailable for the day after your departure. Early check-in or late check-out needs to be requested with enough time to make the necessary arrangements, and additional charges will apply; don't hesitate to contact the host for more information.

TRASH DISPOSAL

Please always use bags to dispose of trash in the garbage bins outside the property. Loose trash and food will cause odors and may attract pests. Brown bins are for trash. Blue bins are for recycled containers.

PROPERTY MAINTENANCE

The property is scheduled for weekly and monthly maintenance, and professionals may visit the property during your stay to clean the pool, mow the lawn, perform pest control prevention, or other services. They will not enter the home during your stay, only access the patio.

As a security measure, there are security cameras outside of the property:

PROPERTY GUIDELINES
-Trash Cans /Recycle bins cannot be left out after trash pick-up.

-Doors MUST remain closed while A/C is running to ensure a cool interior.

-There is NO lifeguard on duty for the pool and hot tub. Adults and children swim at their OWN risk.

-NO jumping from balconies. Jumping may cause injury or even death. Jumping is strongly PROHIBITED.
-Quiet Time Commences at 10:00 PM
