Our home is your home! Beautiful, newly remodeled, one bedroom, two level villa overlooking the marina at Sapphire Beach Resort. Paradise 305 has the best view in Sapphire Beach & Marina. The open floor plan between the kitchen and living area provides an unobstructed view right out to the water for breathtaking sunsets and views of Shark Island and St. John. If you’re looking for a getaway in paradise, this is it! Well-appointed kitchen with stovetop, microwave, large toaster/convection oven, coffee maker and full-sized refrigerator, plus plenty of cookware and glassware.
There is a full bath with tiled shower on the lower level and a brand new comfortable loveseat in the living room with flat screen TV and cable. Free Wifi is also available to our guests for music streaming, mobile entertainment on phones & tablets, or looking up a restaurant for dinner or day trip (though, the locals will tell you everything you want to know! Check in with the staff at the Sapphire Beach Bar for recommendations)
Enjoy two newly renovated balconies (March 2018) on each floor with glass sliders, one off of the living room and one off of the master bedroom. Leave the sliders open for lovely evening breezes! Lower level balcony has a bistro dining set with seating for two to enjoy your morning coffee or romantic dinner.
Upstairs, the master bedroom boasts cathedral ceiling, new king bed, full ensuite bath, and the second balcony overlooking the marina with seating. It’s an exceptionally serene space. There’s a wall-mounted flat screen and large closet as well. Dual zone AC allows you to control the temperature of the master bedroom/second floor separate from downstairs.

Plenty of bath and beach towels in the unit for guests’ use. The villa rental includes up to four lounge beach chairs that will be placed for you wherever you choose by friendly beach attendants. (No lugging chairs around!)
The beach is incredible! If you like to snorkel, there’s a beautiful reef right at Sapphire near Pretty Clip point. There are some amazing fish, rays and turtles to be seen if you like to snorkel!
The beach has a dive shop where you can rent paddle boards or kayaks, as well as a beach bar with friendly service and great drinks. You seriously don’t have to leave Sapphire if you don’t want to - everything is here for you (you'll want to pick up your grocery staples and beverages of choice in nearby Redhook, of course!).
Need a change of scene? Guests have use of the pool near Pretty Clip point.

The villa is conveniently located a two minute drive or cab ride from Red Hook, where there are bars, restaurants, and shops to entertain you. The ferry to St. John is also in Red Hook, for a small fee and short ferry ride you can explore the island for the day. The ferry is up and running again after the storms and St. John is not to be missed if you’re interested in experiencing another beautiful island during your stay!
Renting a car is a great option if you’d like to explore St. Thomas, though cabs are readily available as well. Sapphire Beach is very close to many other beautiful white sand beaches for a variety of snorkeling and scenery. Secret Harbor and Coki Point are both within a 10-minute drive. Downtown Charlotte Amalie is about a 25-minute drive and hosts more shopping and dining options.

This is an absolutely NO SMOKING rental. Our minimum age requirement is 25 years old. Check in is 4:00PM eastern day of arrival, and check out is 11:00am the day of departure.
