ID Verification
To verify guests, we require ID Verification, utilizing industry leading SuperHog. Guests will be required to take photo of their government issued ID and a Selfie and upload when prompted to "Verify Me". This is a required process to receive your Check-in Instructions. Once verification is approved, an automated message notifies the guest of the completion.
Security Deposit
Guests will be required to place a pre-authorization hold on their credit card of choice for $100 for a refundable security deposit. Guests will be prompted to submit their credit card info and complete this process through their Boarding Pass prior to obtaining the property access info. Following checkout, a property inspection will be completed, and the security deposit pre-authorization hold will be released within fourteen (14) days after checkout, minus any specific deductions for damage charges, if applicable. An itemized statement detailing any deductions will be provided to the guest. This process ensures both parties are protected and clear about the financial arrangements related to the property rental.
Note: The pool table is available for a fee per game
