This beautiful country property features a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home, with a swimming pool, outdoor wood burning sauna, outdoor lanai with ping pong, firepit and stone pizza oven and wrap around patio with lots of seating. If you are a chef, you will enjoy testing out the state of the art wood pellet smoker/grill/pizza oven. A nature lovers paradise, surrounded by acres of private trail system for hiking, biking, snow shoeing, cross country skiing and a charming creek. If you want to explore nature nearby, we are short drives to Bruce Hiking Trails and snowmobile and ATV trails. This home is close to the towns of Walter's Falls, Meaford, Thornbury and a short drive to Blue Mountain Resort in Collingwood. The main floor of the home has a kitchen with gourmet induction La Cornue stove, along with all other small appliances for convenience, dining room, spacious living room with cathedral style ceilings and a gorgeous focal point chimney, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The lower level of the home has a bunk room, perfect for kids or family, another bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a rec room with fireplace. You will absolutely be able to relax, rest and recharge here and when the timing is right again, repeat!
