Single garage, laundry, small bedroom room with a double bed, full ensuite and own courtyard.
Second floor (Living Level)
Lounge, kitchen, dining, small balconies on each side, one with a view of the beach and the other with a view of the pool.
Top floor (Bedrooms)
Bedroom 1 has a super king bed, this can be converted to two long singles on request for says of 5 days or more.
Bedroom 2 has a lovely comfy queen bed.
In between the two bedrooms is a bathroom with the shower over the bath.

We will give you the code to the lock box and automotive gate prior to arrival.
Other things to note
Single car garage and second parking space outside garage but inside gated complex.
