Situated along the scenic Swan River, the Serina Riverside is a perfect getaway to relax and enjoy with family and friends on a holiday in Melville.
The two-story home has a lot to offer on top of its riverside location, and accessibility to urban life. It has a 25m lap pool and spa with a glass-walled and furnished lounging area where you can see and share a constantly changing view. There is also an alfresco near the pool to enjoy the open-air plus a lovely garden for the children.
The lounge opens to a furnished terrace where you can bask in the expansive view of the river and suburban charm of Applecross.
The home’s kitchen is a dream for cooks with its state of the art design and appliances. To match, the glass-walled dining area has a soft ambience and can seat 12 people.
The home also boasts an undercroft 2-car garage which is directly accessible from the road.
On the upper floor, there is an ensuited master bedroom and a study, both with balconies overlooking the river. The shopping centre, restaurants, banks, and auto service in Garden City are only 8 minutes drive. If you want to take the public transportation, the bus station is only ten minutes walk away. Perth CBD and Fremantle Markets are only 12 and 16 minutes drive, respectively.
To kitesurf, it is only 6 minutes walk to Lucky Bay and 7 minutes drive to 2nd Wind Sailboards. You can also do stand up paddle boarding with yoga or fitness and kitesurfing in Soulkite Kitesurfing & SUP Perth which is only a one minute drive from Serina Riverside. For sightseeing, it is only five minutes drive to Heathcote Reserve from home, 11 minutes to Point Walter Reserve with Swan Lake view, and 12 minutes to Elizabeth Quay.
