The Moana Vista is a charming cottage nestled in the hills above Oneroa Bay. It is private, peaceful and very romantic. The cottage is a slice of heaven with stunning views over Oneroa beach and the Hauraki Gulf.
Moana Vista has been a beloved choice for couples seeking a romantic escape on Waiheke for over a decade, consistently garnering excellent reviews.

The cottage is completely self-contained. The décor is stylish and graceful, with almost a tropical feel to it. It has polished wooded floors and French doors opening up to a large sunny deck– an ideal place to relax in the evening with a glass of wine while watching the sunset.
The cottage features a well-equipped kitchenette with an electric 2-burner stove-top, a microwave, a small fridge, and has tea and coffee making facilities. For the outdoor dining enthusiasts, a BBQ is available on the deck. There is also a living room with a sitting area and dining area. Flat screen TV, DVD player and wireless internet are also included.
A private entry from the road ensures exclusivity, and while parking is available on the street anticipate a short ascent of approximately 35 steps along the lush path to reach your haven. Note that Moana Vista Cottage, with its unique charm, is not wheelchair accessible.
Convenience is at your doorstep, with the cottage being in close proximity to the bus stop (approx. 200m), providing easy access to and from the Matiatia ferry terminal and other captivating parts of the island.

PLEASE NOTE: An exit cleaning fee applies to each stay. All linen and towels are supplied but please bring your own beach towels.
Minimum stays: Five nights between mid-December and mid-January, two nights all other times and three nights for public holiday weekends.
Security Deposit: A security deposit of $300 will be preauthorized to your credit card 2 days before departure. This will be released 5 days after departure. A 3.9% card surcharge applies to all card payments. Note this is non- refundable.
A leather bound compendium is located on site at the house with property specific rules and detailed information about things to do on Waiheke. The property manager will also provide local information.
