Welcome to The Glasshouse at Block 295. A luxury off-grid holiday house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Nestled at the foot of Mt Karioi in a gorgeous rural setting only 15 minutes outside Raglan town. With an outdoor infinity pool and expansive deck, this beautifully designed modern eco bach will take your breath away. The floor to ceiling glass walls allow uninterrupted panoramic views of the Tasman sea, Raglan bar and West Coast. An incredible place to unwind and relax.
The property has a custom-designed, open-plan living space with floor to ceiling glass windows. These extend the length of the property and allow the whole interior to open up seamlessly to the wrap around deck and pool.
The main living space boasts a bespoke kitchen, complete with gas hob, double oven, nespresso coffee machine and large island. The living and dining space take the prime spot beside the glass walls allowing the view to fully capture your attention. There is a wood burning stove in the living area which keeps the house incredibly warm during winter. All kindling and wood are provided for your stay. Ceiling fans throughout the living space and bedrooms keep the property cool during the summer months.
The Master Bedroom is located at one end of the property and includes an en-suite bathroom, and super-king bed. The en-suite bathroom is beautifully designed with an open walk-in tiled shower and double vanity. Two whole sides of the master bedroom open up to the deck allowing a full indoor/outdoor experience right from your bed.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 are located at the opposite end of the property and each have a queen bed. These two bedrooms share the use of the main bathroom which has a shower over the bath, toilet and vanity. Bedroom 2 also benefits from huge opening windows allowing the room to fully open up to the deck.
Outdoors the expansive deck is set for outdoor dining and of course the infinity pool is an absolute must. The pool is unheated but is open for guests to use all-year round. An outdoor hot shower allows you to rinse off after your swim.

Things to Note:
Although the property has a full perimeter fence, the pool can be accessed from the ranch-slider doors from the house. Access to the pool should be restricted by closing the doors unless a responsible adult is supervising swimmers. There is also a slight drop from the edge of the deck into the flax garden area. Due to this, the property may not be suitable for guests with young children. The pool is unheated but is open for guests to use all-year round.
As there are large grounds as well as cattle, there may be people attending to the animals and grounds during your stay. Guests should also take care of electric fences in place.
There are two security cameras at this property - one facing the parking area and the other facing the far lawn. These will be on while guests are in residence.
This is an eco-bach that is completely off-grid and solar-powered.
Due to this there is no TV or Washing Machine at the property.
The Glasshouse is a smoke free property and house.
