Please note that their schedule may change, and we are not accountable for any of Mountain Creek's updates or alterations as we are an entirely separate entity.
- Lift tickets and water park tickets NOT included.

- For the comfort of our guests, all windows and balcony door must be closed when using the A/C or heat. If a window and/or balcony door are left open for more than 5 minutes, the system will automatically shut off to save energy and only resume once all are closed.

- Please be aware that while our condo is regularly treated for pests, its mountain location means encounters with insects like mosquitoes are common, especially during the summer months. This can happen while enjoying the balcony or exploring the property. We cannot be held responsible for any insect bites that may occur during your stay.
