まとめ: Female reception staff were so friendly and helpful but the two male main members were surely and disappointing. My main problem was that I called 3 days prior to arriving and asked for a high room. I was promised a room on the 16th floor facing the city. On arrival I was put on the 14th floor facing the Shell office. I complained on day 2 and they moved me after the second night up to the 16th floor into a much bigger room (the room style I actually booked) which had a much wider range of tv channels. Having booked for 13 nights it was really disappointing to have been so poorly treated in this way and let down for the first couple of days but the younger, European female receptionist in particular resolved and changed the room eventually and the rest of the stay was good.
