Nested on 1.7 acres between Farm Court and Parsonage Lane, this south of the highway gem is located under 5 mins from Sagg Main Beach, and stones throw from Gibson, Mecox and other famous beaches as well. Beaches are in running and biking distance from the house as you pass fresh vegetable / fruit stands, farms, and iconic farmland and houses.
The house has 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and large common spaces. The kitchen and bathrooms have been gut renovated with Spanish Porcelanosa tiles and highest end fixtures and appliances. The manicured sprawling open lawn (~1.7 acres) catches the southern sun and has a brand new 40' by 20' foot deep heated gunite pool and spa for all-day and night summer enjoyment. The lawn was updated with a beautiful sunken tennis court, with a pickelball and basketball court painted inside. Gaze the stars at night from a second floor viewing deck.
All amenities provided : furniture, towels, soaps, 4 brand new Wi-Fi integrated smart tv’s, 1gb internet, stocked kitchen utensils and cookware. Outdoor pool chairs and fun pool toys as well. Three bicycles are provided as well.
