This beautiful, newly-built home will become the vacation spot of your dreams. You will love the light and airy decor and the spacious open floor plan. The large, fully-equipped kitchen boasts all stainless steel appliances, including a double oven; it has everything you need to whip up all your favorite meals and snacks. There's plenty of covered deck space for relaxing and taking in all the sights and smells of coastal life, or head down to the private pool or hot tub and splash around in the sun. Take a break in the tiki bar and create some delicious refreshing drinks and snacks. For more fun, there's a foosball table and wet bar in a separate sitting area complete with a small bar table and stools, sofas, and TV.
The neighborhood also offers many shared amenities for your enjoyment, which include an oceanfront pool with a snack bar, restrooms and showers, an eight-acre lake, a lakefront pool, a tennis court, a pickleball court, a basketball court, a sand volleyball court, an indoor fitness center, multiple pedestrian walkways throughout the community, and multiple beach accesses with ample parking reserved for homeowners and their guests. An easy walk via the multi-use path to the nature preserve, the Village of Corolla, Corolla Lighthouse, and the Whalehead Club. The house is also a short walk to the beer garden and zip line park, making it perfect for adults and kids alike. There is a cool walking path that takes you to the sound as well. You'll be within a minute's drive to the 4x4 beaches and the famous Wild Horses. When you return to the house you will love the convenient outdoor shower that will keep the house and your bedsheets sand-free.
There are so many things to do in this area if you're up for a drive such as the water park, aquarium, lots of mini-golf and laser tag options for the kids or the kid at heart, bowling, boutique shops, tons of local restaurant options, wineries, breweries, and much more! You can also charter a fishing boat, fish from the pier or beach, kayak, jet ski, parasail, stand up paddle board, windsurf, kite surf, or simply comb the beach for shells and the occasional sea glass.
