まとめ: I quite liked the room I stayed in, though a couple of problems occurred. The first issue was the neighbors. Their garden was very close to my room, and they would sit outside, talking loudly, which was a bit annoying. Other than that, the property itself was quite new and clean. The second issue was that the water from the tap was salty, making it unsuitable for brushing your teeth. However, the family who owns the place was very polite and kind.
