Come and stay in our brand new 2 storey holiday home. With sea views looking back over the bay of Wallaroo, and only a short 600m walk to flat sandy North Beach, our house is the perfect place for a family holiday or a friends getaway.
A big back yard for the kids to play and only a 50m walk to the playground.
THE HOUSE
- 4 bedrooms, 3 downstairs and 1 upstairs
- 2 Queen beds, 2 Double Beds, 4 Singles (the double beds are at the bottom of bunk beds, and all singles are in bunks, please see the photos) A porta cot is also available.
- 2 bathrooms/2 toilets, 1 downstairs and 1 upstairs
The main kitchen/dining/living is upstairs.The kitchen has brand new appliances including fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and capsule coffee machine (Map capsules - not provided)
The dining table seats 8, with 4 more stools available at the huge island bench. A tie-on high chair is also provided and can be fitted by you to any of the dining chairs if required.
Both the upstairs and downstairs lounge areas have flat screen TVs and DVD players. A selection of DVDs are provided, alternatively both TVs have USB ports to enable you to bring your own movie entertainment with you.
The downstairs lounge is the entertainment zone for the kids. We have a brand new Nintendo Classic Mini to keep them entertained with all the old school games, the adults may struggle to resist having a go too. There is also a Foosball Combination Table, which includes Pool, Air Hockey and Ping Pong.
While the kids are battling it out downstairs, the adults can relax on the love seats out on the balcony. A perfect spot for a morning coffee and newspaper or afternoon wine and cheese platter while taking in the sea view.
The upstairs lounge has slimline speakers tucked behind the TV, so connect your Bluetooth and listen to your favourite tunes.
Heading back downstairs, on the way out to the backyard there is a neatly hidden laundry with washing machine and sink, should you find yourself with the unfortunate task of washing on your relaxing holiday. Outside has a clothes line, or alternatively there are 2 large clothes airers provided inside.
A flat plate Gas BBQ and 8 seater outdoor setting is all you will need to create your summer feasting extravaganza.
Round it all out with ducted heating and cooling and you are set for an incredibly relaxing holiday experience.
THE AREA
There is plenty to do in the Wallaroo area with great play grounds and the new swimming enclosure next to the jetty. The dining opportunities are growing rapidly with Coopers Ale House, Pier One and The Smelter a few highly recommended places…along with lots of new and exciting pop up venues.
Short drives to Kadina and Moonta have many other attractions such as Splash Town Water Park and the mines at Moonta. Kadina has all your major shopping, a play café and even miniature train rides every second Sunday.
