Sea – View Accommodations with large swimming pool in a Mediterranean style picturesque ocean- view Mansion located in the most prestigious neighborhood on the island of Bonaire. As you enter this Property you will feel and see the sea, ocean and all tranquility that goes with that feeling and a spectacular view from the Caribbean Sea, island of Klein Bonaire and the garden with tropical fruits trees such as Sugarcane, mangoes, banana and palm. Unlike other properties every photo that is on our listing is from our property and not around the Island.
This warm Caribbean apartment ideal for the budget conscious and avid scuba diver or windsurfer or for those just wanting to relax and enjoy the year round sunshine of Bonaire.
Air-conditioned bedrooms, Spectacular sea-view Deck and Patio with dining and sitting area along with large swimming pool, sun deck and beach area with barbecue grills. An open plan fully equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee percolator burner stove with oven. The balcony is partially covered with an eating area and affords a beautiful unobstructed view of the ocean. Across the road from the Villa there have a private pier which is now under construction you can swim, snorkel and dive and 2 mins walking you can snorkel and dive at the Coral beach and Andrea 2 dive site. The Villa has an outdoor shower, rinse tank and a rack to hang your dive gear.
Our amenities on the property are wireless internet, Free Laundry facilities, outdoor shower and dive rinsing tank and drying rack rail for all water sport enthusiasts.
There are exposed areas for sunbathing, and extensive covered sitting areas when you want some shade. We can easily accommodate 1-2 vehicles with additional parking space available. 5 mins to all dive sites on the north of the Island Walking distance to Dive site and Coral beaches Andrea I and II, flamingos, dolphins and pelicans, or snorkel along the incredibly beautiful coast. The villa is located about 4 miles from the main town, Kralendijk;

* 5 minutes driving to popular gym, dive shops, supermarket and restaurants
NOTE - that the rate is not inclusive of tourist tax - Government fee is $5.50 per night per person. this invoice will must pay cash on arrival or before check-out. Note the usage included in rate is 10-12 hours of air-condition that means the night use only if you want to use it in the day you must pay an extra charge of $15. Per day.
