Bed configuration: Upstairs - Master Bedroom with King, Bedroom 2 with Queen bed and Bedroom 3 with 2 single bunk beds.
Downstairs - Bedroom 4 with Queen Bed and Bedroom 5 with 1 single bunk beds and 1 double bunk bed. Please note there is no internal stairs
This property will take a maximum of 8 guests at any one time. Extra guests will incur an extra nightly fee.
PLEASE NOTE: An exit cleaning fee applies to each stay. Linen including bath towels is included. Please bring your own beach towels and they are great for the spa too.
Minimum stays: Seven nights between mid-December and mid-January, two nights all other times and three nights for public holiday weekends.
A security deposit of $500 will be preauthorized to your credit card 2 days before departure. This will be released 5 days after departure. A 3.9% card surcharge applies to all card payments. Note this is non- refundable.
A leather bound compendium is located on site at the house with property specific rules and detailed information about things to do on Waiheke. The property manager will also provide local information.
