Welcome to our spacious 4-bedroom 2-bathroom retreat nestled in the serene surroundings near Awaruku Reserve. If you're seeking a tranquil escape with the convenience of modern amenities you've found your perfect getaway. Kids will love the trampoline and swingset perfect for some outdoor playtime. The bedroom's breakdown is this: 1 Large Master Bedroom with a Queen bed and ensuite. 3 Medium/small Rooms with Queen beds. 1 small bedroom with one set of single bunkbeds. Please note: The living area is on the Ground floor. There are permanent tenants at the bottom area. Please keep in mind the quiet hours in order to have a friendly environment for everyone please. Please note:The swimming pool in the photo is available for your use between 8am and 9pm daily the poolisshared with the basement apartment (please do not use their equipments and gear). The swimming pool maintenance is managed by our accommodatingneighbour who generously allows our guests to enjoy this amenity. While we don't directly manage the pool's cleaning schedule and are not responsible for the pool we want you to fully enjoy your stay and make the most of this shared swimming pool but please respect the times of use only between 8am and 9pm each day.
