Three Tree Terrace Sound & Mountain View Oasis offers a 1400 sq ft Guest Suite, full kitchen with granite counters, 2 bedrooms-3 beds (king, queen, queen pullout), 1 bathroom, laundry room, dining room, living room with gas fireplace, 86” big screen with surround sound, 55”& 43” in bedrooms, WIFI, SO Player, Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, HBO Max, expansive backyard overlooking Puget Sound & the Olympic Mountains, patio, hot tub, heated pool, BBQ, Propane FirePits, Koi Pond and a relaxing serene space.
The space
The home is 2800 square feet total, with a little over 1400 square feet on each level, perfect for a business trip, extended stay, or just a nice quiet getaway. The guest suite has granite counter tops in the full kitchen and bathroom, new carpet and tile, a full laundry room for your convenience. Open dining room with a table for 4. Large living room with a brand new 86” LG 4K nano 9 series with surround sound tv. There are a total of 3 beds in the Guest Suite. The master has 1 king size bed with a memory foam mattress. The second bedroom has 1 queen size bed with a memory foam mattress. Both bedrooms have large tv’s 55” and 43”. The living room has 1 queen size pullout couch and 1 large L-shaped couch. The entryway steps out into the backyard where the private heated pool and hot tub are located amongst a vast array of palm trees and bamboo. The upper patio offers boasting views of the sound and mountains where the hot tub is located. If you are adventurous, please feel free to help yourself to fresh chicken eggs inside the coop in the front yard. As soon as you wash them, they must go into the fridge. Large fresh vegetable and flower garden in the lower back yard, please help yourself when the vegetables and flowers are in season. The year round heated pool is a great place to relax and enjoy the sunsets. Please be mindful of the neighbors as voices carry into their yards and homes, so quiet hours are strictly enforced. Air Conditioning Unit is available upon request. Please make yourself at home. Owner lives on site with dogs and is available if needed. No pets are allowed in the guest suite and no parties, no events and no gatherings of any kind are allowed on the property. No additional guests are allowed on the property. Quiet Hours are 8:00PM to 9:00AM and are strictly enforced. If you do not agree to the house rules, this is not the place to book. This is a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood and the quiet hours as well as the house rules are strictly enforced. Please respect the serene environment, the home and the neighbors. During the winter months from October 1st to May 30th, if you wish to have the pool heated, there will be a $500 additional charge to cover the cost of heating, you will need to send a heated temperature request a minimum of 5 days in advance so that the heat can be turned on to your desired temperature.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire guest suite and amenities through a separate entrance. There's parking for 2 vehicles in the driveway on the right side in front of the garage. Any additional vehicles are asked to please park up on the main road above and walk down, not blocking anyone's driveways or property. If you are traveling with children, please send a request with your information and the details will be reviewed, if approved, there is a safety waiver that is required to be signed upon arrival. We have had issues in the past with children screaming nonstop and that will not be tolerated. Owner lives on site with dogs and is available if needed. No pets are allowed in the guest suite and no parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are allowed on the property as well as no additional guests. This is a peaceful and quiet neighborhood and the house rules are strictly enforced as are the quiet hours. Other things to note
Please note that this property is on a septic system as are all properties in this area, please do not put anything down the drain or toilet that is not septic safe and please do not allow water to run constantly. This is NOT a place to host parties and pets are not allowed in the guest suite under any circumstance. Please do not arrive with additional guests that are not on the reservation or pets, as this will equate to a forfeiture of your reservation with no refund and immediate eviction. This is a peaceful quiet neighborhood with quiet hours that are very strictly enforced. Quiet hours are 8:00pm to 9:00am. Do not use the neighbors driveways to turn around and do not drive past the home as there is no turnaround. The entire exterior of the property is under 24 hour surveillance for security and safety. Owner lives on site with dogs and is available if needed.
