Located in beautiful Barnes, in the bend of the Thames, away from the hustle and bustle of central London whilst still being close to the action, this is an amazing place for families or large groups to relax.
The Space:
The ground floor features the large farmhouse style kitchen, and a dining area large enough to accommodate 16 people.
The ground floor is wonderfully open and bright, the sitting area looking onto the large garden equipped with a swimming pool. There is also a separate area with a foosball table and a TV, a pool table, and table tennis.
The ground floor also has a downstairs loo and a large utility room with a washer/dryer.
1st Floor:
The first floor features most of the bedrooms.

The Neighborhood:
With its own cricket green and duck pond, an extraordinary array of independent shops, a farmers market on Saturdays and cosy pubs aplenty, Barnes certainly has all the qualities of a quintessential English country village. Surrounded on three sides by a particularly picturesque stretch of the Thames and with 120 acres of green space enclosing it, it's no surprise that Barnes is one of London's greenest areas. A sense of peace and quiet prevails here, with strong community ties that bind its residents, but despite this almost rural atmosphere it also enjoys fine restaurants, contemporary design shops and even a fringe theatre. Plenty of tranquility and yet a train link takes residents to Waterloo in just 20 minutes.
Getting Around:
Barnes Bridge: Overground, 13 minute walk or 5 minute bus from Suffolk Road to Banes Bridge Station (Stop BK) on the 419.

You will have neighbours, so please respect the house rules.
Check-in is between 3PM and 8PM, check-out is until 11AM. Self check-in outside of these hours is available upon request, to be discussed at booking. Late check-out is also possible for a fee.
The lead guest booking the property must be at least 25 years old.
You will be provided with high-quality bed linens, a bath mat, bath towels and tea towels for the kitchen. We also provide shampoo, shower gel, and toilet paper at the beginning of your stay, but not throughout.
If your stay is longer than 2 weeks we will require a mid-stay clean, to be discussed at time of booking. Extra cleans and linen changes can be arranged as well.
If you notice damages or if something happens during your stay, please notify Air Peace of Mind as soon as possible so it can be fixed.
