Conor’s comfortable and arty, three bedroom home is situated in a residential street close to Kensal Green tube, the overground railway station and within easy walking distance of the trendy cafes and bars of Chamberlayne Road and Kensal Rise. The spacious ground floor has warm wooden floors throughout. The living room features art-filled walls, colourful bookshelves and plenty of comfortable seating around a coffee table. There is also a snug desk area. The large kitchen/dining room to the rear of the property has been stylishly fitted out and boasts a range oven and gas hob. There is a wooden dining table and seating for 6-8 people. The room opens onto a paved patio garden with table and seating for four, and has bifold doors which can be folded back to open up the rear wall to the garden. On the first floor you will find the master bedroom and a second good-sized double bedroom along with the family bathroom and the top floor of the house has a third large double room with an ensuite shower room.
