WELCOME TO THE LAKE.....We are happy to share our lakefront estate with you and your extended family to spend time with each other, celebrate special occasions or just to escape. Our estate features two homes that share 1 lakefront. The homes sit at the tip of Spinnler Point Cove overlooking Lake Wallenpaupack with UNOBSTRUCTED 180 degree water views and the most incredible sunsets you can imagine. We have a large boat dock and 2 jet ski ramps. We also have a Kayak and stand up paddle board to add to your fun and exploration of the lake. Other outside amenities include two fire pits, a Gazebo, plenty of chairs, and picnic tables. WORLD CLASS FISHING right off the dock.
The first house will sleep 13 in beds and another 2 in pull outs. Top floor master bedroom has a queen and sitting room that overlooks the lake and balcony for morning coffee, what a wonderful way to wake up. Two other bedrooms share the top floor, one with two fulls and the other called the "kids room" with a full/futon bunk (twin on top, full on bottom) and a twin with trundle. The fourth bedrooms is on the middle floor with a queen bed. The middle floor has living room with flat screen TV and DVD and stereo. Kitchen and dining room all look out over the lake. Lower level has more family room space with pull out for additional sleeping space. Flat Screen with DVD and bar area. Walk right out to "Boardwalk" path leading to the lake. All three floors have full bath's, lower level has washer and dryer.
The second home is a chalet style with 4 bedrooms plus sleeping loft. First floor has bedroom with queen and a full bath with washer/dryer. Living Room has queen sofa bed with flat screen and DVD walks right out to parking area and lake. Middle floor has two bedrooms - one with twin/full bunk and one with queen bed. There is a full bath and Living room dining room and kitchen are all open and look out over the lake. Top floor has sleeping loft with twin/trundle, 1/2 bath and 4th bedroom with queen.
Chalet has electric and propane stove heating and portable Air Conditioning units, WIFI and cable.
There is a BBQ grill, coffee pot, toaster, fridge, dishwasher, stove, microwave, pots/pans....everything you need to enjoy your time at the lake.
**Our home is supplied with a starter pack of toilet paper (1 roll per bathroom), paper towels (1 roll), dish soap, hand soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, dish sponge and garbage bags (all in moderation). You may need to supply more for the rest of your stay depending on how long you are here and what you use.
Our bathrooms are supplied with hand towels but you will need to supply your own bath towels.
Our included linens are: bed sheets, pillow cases and comforters/quilts/blankets on each bed.
