Exit to the garden, to the terrace. Small kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/bidet/WC. Heating. Upper floor: (spiral staircase), 1 room with sloping ceilings, without wardrobe with 1 bed and 1 double bed. Natural stone floors. Barbecue (portable). Facilities: children's high chair.
