You will sleep deeply in the queen-size bed, wake at first light to meander the manicured grounds and linger by the water lily pond as the sun hovers over the horizon and silently, but surely, rises. Savor a cup of Kona coffee or coconut chai as the shama birds serenade you with their unique and delightful songs, as another lovely Hawaiian day unfolds......

For a literal and delicious taste of Aloha, you'll want to visit Tropical Farms Macadamia Nut Farm, just up the road from the vacation home, which began years ago as a simple roadside store and is now a quaint farm and shop selling macadamia nuts, coffees, chocolates and gift baskets. For genuine Hawaiian kalua pig, squid lu'au, lomi salmon, poi, haupia, ho'io salad....a visit to the Waiahole Poi Factory, just a two minute (1.4 miles) drive down the road, is a must.

When you arrive home from your daily ventures, the newly remodeled 696-square-foot home welcomes you with a soothing, tropical color palate and top-quality materials: rich Asian mahogany doors, oak hardwood flooring throughout, gorgeous granite. The modern, fully-appointed kitchen has everything you need: deep stainless steel sink, huge stainless steel refrigerator, electric stove/oven, generous mounted microwave oven, coffee maker, blender, toaster rice cooker, flatware, cookware, dishes and an eat-in area with table and chairs for dining. The master bedroom offers an ample queen-sized bed, a large dresser and mirror, and mirrored, mahogany-framed closet doors. The cozy secondary bedroom offers two comfy twin-sized beds and a spacious closet. The living room invites you to relax on the generous sofa in front of a large television with cable service, though you may prefer to just enjoy the ocean view. For your convenience, free Wi-Fi is also included. The full bathroom offers a tub/shower combination with tile surround. A washer and dryer are provided for your convenience! Fresh, soft linens and towels, including beach towels, are also included. Let me tell you about the 174-square-foot lanai, where you will undoubtedly spend much of your time while you are visiting. Please note that while the oceanfront of the property is not a swimming beach (it is too shallow and silty), Ku'aloa Beach Park, with its lovely white sandy swimming beach, is just a 2 or 3 minute drive just up the road. Its safe and protected waters make it one of the ten top rated beaches on O'ahu and fun for all ages.
For your convenience, you can take a refreshing shower in the tropical-feel but modern outdoor shower/bathroom when you return from the beach or the day's activities.
