Set on a 3/4-acre lot, this cottage features an amazing 170 feet of sandy beachfront and stunning vistas of Stoney Lake. The gradual, sandy entry into the water extends 40 feet out, providing an ideal spot for both young children and seniors to comfortably enjoy the water.
Western exposure gives you sun all day on the beach, & spectacular sunsets in the evening across island dotted stoney lake! The hot tub on the deck, overlooking the beach and lake provides an ideal relaxation spot to savor these sights at day's end.
Stay connected with Starlink's high-speed internet, even on the beach. The cottage offers lots of entertainment options, including games, a ping pong table, and a tennis court (currently undergoing renovation). Enjoy fireside stories and roasting marshmallows at the campfire fire pit, while Sonos speakers fill the air with your favorite tunes.
The cathedral ceilings, with 30-foot floor-to-ceiling windows, provide absolutely amazing views of the lake.
