The apartment is 26 square meters plus a 8 square meter terrace with table, chairs and deckchairs. . The interior consists of a kitchen with electric hob, fridge and microwave, dining table for four people, flat screen TV with foreign channels and air conditioning. In the apartment, in the sleeping area there are two single beds 90/200, and a sofa bed for one or two children and a bathroom with washing machine and shower box, plus wardrobe room with wardrobe .The apartment is also heated, there is internet and tv with international channels included. The rental of two bicycles on request is included in the price. The free parking space is available in front of the apartment, along the access road to the property.
