With a large chef's kitchen, extra long dining table and indoor grill, this is the perfect place to enjoy a few meals at home. The house is quietly tucked away behind large oak trees, yet close enough to all the action the city has to offer.
The Space:
Originally built in 1885, and fully renovated in 2018, the house will transport you into true New Orleans style with its original exposed fireplaces, restored wood floors, pocket doors, finishing with tall ceilings and windows for all the natural light.
● Each bedroom has a Casper mattress, extra pillows, and a plush down comforter for a good night’s sleep
● Smart TV in each bedroom
● Comfortably sleeps 10+
● Heated pool and hot tub
● 4.5 bathrooms with two large soaking tubs
Featuring two kitchens and a unique Indoor Barbecue Grill, great for hosting and cooking together

The guests have exclusive access to the entire property during their stay.
The Neighborhood:
The house is conveniently located central to all the attractions in New Orleans. A five-minute walk to downtown, 10 minute car ride to the French Quarter and walking distance to many local restaurants and shops, you can properly enjoy the city. We are located three blocks from the famous Saint Charles Streetcar which can take you all the way from Audubon Park & Zoo to the French Quarter.
There is a single family home being built next door - We anticipate normal construction noise during business hours between December 2023 - March 2024.

Super Dome: 5 minutes by car or 15 minutes’ walk
French Quarter: 10 minutes by car

Tulane University: 12 minutes by car
Historic Streetcar Access: 3 blocks to the St. Charles & Erato stop
