Enjoy stunning ocean views from our Santorini inspired Studio Apartment on Paritai Drive, perfect for couples requiring a little extra space. The apartment includes a kitchenette, lounge & dining space, laundry facilities, BBQ with outdoor seating, one off-street parking space, and use of the shared spa pool.
Our unique Ground Floor Studio has a refreshing eclectic Mediterranean theme, with Turkish influenced floor tiles, whitewashed textured brickwork, and gorgeous arched openings between the spaces. Guests enter via the apartment's private front door and into the entrance hallway where the bathroom and kitchen are located. Once through the kitchen and into the main living space, guests are greeted with beautiful ocean views, and then out onto the patio with BBQ. The arched openings provide good separation between the kitchen and living space. The kitchenette contains a fridge/freezer, double cooktop, microwave, kettle, toaster and Nespresso machine. The laundry is conveniently tucked away in a separate room.
Guests will have shared access to the Spa pool and one parking space.
Cafes, restaurants and artisan shops are nearby at Orakei Village, Okahu Bay Beach is a short walk, the train station is within easy reach, and it is a short drive or Uber into the city.
