Cooling is provide by an "In wall" evaporative cooler for summer and an electric heater in Winter. Room is insulated. This room is elevated and overlooks the swimming pool and entertainment area.
Small Monitor ( TV, but not connected for free to air tv) with usb and HDMI input and inbuilt DVD player. Bring your Hard drive and plug in.
Table for two and cupboard with cutlery, crockery, electric toaster, microwave, electric kettle.
Luxury Pillow topped King Sized Bed. . No Separate sleeping arrangements available. You may have up to two more people in the room, for $8 each per night, however you will need to provide your own beds and linen.
Relax on the sun lounges and sun chairs, play pool, have a barbecue, and swim in the full sized swimming pool. full sized upside down fridge freezer. Sound bar with sub woofer will take your usb, aux and Bluetooth inputs for your outdoor music entertainment

Bathroom/Laundry has shower and toilet and large washing machine for your use. All shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, washing powder,body washes and pool towels are included. This will be shared if there are guests in the main house.
You will have your own private access through the lock up garage, with electric roller door with your own remote.
