The Space:
Quiet, air-conditioned, top floor unit one block from the beach. Designer kitchen including dishwasher and induction cooktop. Lounge/dining area with views of the beach and surrounding district, large flat screen TV and sophisticated sound system. Bedroom with queen bed and built-in robe, also with views of the beach. Designer bathroom with rainshower. Verandah looking onto the beach. External laundry on the same level as the unit, with dedicated washing machine.

For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)
The Neighborhood:
Maroubra Beach is a family-style beach suburb, with a beach front that is popular for surfing and swimming, and a rock pool (Mahon pool) that is popular for swimming. A quiet suburb, with a range of cafes and restaurants within 2 minutes' walk of the unit. The beach has two separate surf lifesaving clubs, one at each of the North and South ends. There is a northern coastal walk that leads to Coogee, and a southern headland walk, through national park, that leads to Little Bay. There is a shopping village 1km from the unit, and a major shopping centre at Randwick, 4 km away, as well as a cinema (The Ritz).
Getting Around:
Dedicated parking spot within the unit grounds. Frequent buses depart Maroubra Beach for the city and surrounding areas.

All guest are required to complete an online insurance / security form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
"Children and infants are not permitted"
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
