Welcome to our wonderful apartment. The flat is directly overlooking the river with 2 large balconies. All the rooms are extremely light and bright with floor-to-ceiling windows.
Enjoy the views of an evening on the balcony with a glass of wine in hand.
The location is very unique in the fact you feel very much in London, but it’s also extremely peaceful and safe. A short walk to transport, cafes, supermarkets, or the riverboat to Westminster.
We are lucky enough to be within walking distance of everything you would need- great pubs, cafes, restaurants, outdoor activities, cinema etc.
We have a beautiful park next to the development.
The space
This is a spacious 1-bedroom apartment with balconies accessible from both the living room and bedroom. The apartment is equipped with all the modern appliances and furniture you would expect, along with Hyperoptic broadband for fast internet connectivity.
The bedroom boasts a large queen-size memory foam mattress, offering you the perfect spot to relax and take in the breathtaking view of the river. Additionally, we're fortunate to have plenty of storage space in the apartment, ensuring you'll never run out of cupboard space.
The Bathroom has a gorgeous walk-in shower with great water pressure. Newly renovated in July 24.
In the living room, you'll find a large 55” flat-screen TV, complemented by a modern kitchen featuring a dishwasher and a coffee machine for your convenience.
