This stylish flat is located in a modern residential building, close to fantastic public transport links, restaurants and open green spaces. The flat has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious open plan living, kitchen and dining area. This would be a perfect place for up to 4 guests looking to stay in a quieter neighbourhood, which has great transport links into the heart of Central London! The Space: As you enter into the main reception, there is a stylish seating area, which is a lovely place to sit and relax. The flat is located on the fifth floor which is accessible via the lifts or stairs. As you walk into the flat you will see the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, the second double bedroom and main bathroom, followed by the open plan kitchen, dining and living room. Please note there is some building work going on at the development next door, so there may be some noise disturbance on weekdays. I hope this won’t affect the enjoyment of your stay. Please also note there is one guest key available for guests to use at the property. LIVING AREA / KITCHEN / DINING AREA The room is lovely and light thanks to the large windows that allow plenty of natural light to come streaming into the room. There are comfortable fushia sofas surrounding the television which you are welcome to use during your stay. The kitchen has everything that you would need if you fancy staying in one night and cooking a delicious meal. There are modern kitchen appliances, a large fridge freezer, cooking utensils, pots and pans, plates, cutlery and glasses. All four guests can dine at the glass table in the centre of the room. BEDROOMS Both of the bedrooms have sumptuous double beds which will be spotlessly made up using hotel quality linen. There is also plenty of space in the wardrobes for you to be able to hang your clothes up and store your belongs neatly away. BATHROOMS The main bathroom has a walk in shower, toilet and sink whereas the en-suite to the master bedroom has a bath with a shower attachment, toilet and sink. Large fluffy white towels and toiletries will be provided for every guest. Guest Access: Guests have complete access to the flat. Additionally I’ve arranged for a concierge service to be available to you throughout your stay, providing you with free on-demand support for booking restaurants, tickets to shows, transport...or anything else you might fancy! You can also book additional housekeeping services like regular cleans or changes of bed linen. I hope that this will help you get even more out of your stay. Full details will be provided at check-in. Interaction with Guests: When I’m not there, you will be hosted by a professional hospitality company who I’ve engaged to look after you in my absence. They are on call to attend to your every need, as I would be. The Neighborhood: Harrow is a large suburban town in north west London. From the flat you are within walking distance to many shops, restaurants and cafes. Even though Harrow is located on the outer borders of London, it is really easy and fast to get into central London by taking the Metropolitan line. Wembley is just 3 stops on the Metropolitan line and home to the famous Wembley stadium which hold many sporting and music events throughout the year. Getting Around: Harrow-on-the-Hill train and tube station is a 1 minute walk away. This has connections to the Metropolitan line and National rail. The Metropolitan line will get you into Central London via Wembley and Kings Cross in around 25 minutes. If you would prefer to travel around via bus there are a number of bus stops on College round. Other Things to Note: Please note: our standard check in times are between 3pm - 10pm. Check out is by 10am. If you wish to check in or check out outside these hours please let us know.
