This freshly decorated, light filled apartment with one double bedroom (plus a study that’ll take a child’s cot) only minutes from Eden Park! Everything is impeccably presented, with a well-equipped kitchen diner, sun-filled lounge opening onto a patio for morning coffees, and a pristine bathroom. There’s even off-street parking.
It’s the ideal choice for those who want a comfortable, clean place to stay that’s convenient for Eden Park, Kingsland and the city.
I give my guests space but am available when needed. We're happy to answer any questions you have about the local area.
Our aim is to make sure you have the best stay possible. If there is anything you need during your stay please let us know by texting or emailing. We respond to requests from 8am to 8pm every day.
Sports fans will love the location, as will business visitors who want to be close to the CBD (15 minutes in the car, off-peak). You’re also just 4 minutes by Uber to Kingsland, with some great eateries and bars, including Phil’s Kitchen, Canton Café and The Portland Public House. And if you’ve forgot to pack any essentials, Westfield St Lukes Shopping centre is close by, or you can pick up foodie supplies from the New World Fresh Collective in Alberton Ave.
Please note this apartment has one bathroom which is accessed from the downstairs bedroom so is best suited to close friends or family.
The second bed is a fold out in the living space so may not be comfortable for the tallest of adults.
The upstairs room is set up as an office however we can install a travel cot if requested.
- No parties allowed.
- This is a smoke free property – please no smoking.
- Please be considerate of our neighbours - no loud noises after 10pm.
- Only guests allowed onsite - no further visitors.
- Please take your shoes off at the door.
- If you are taking a property for longer than two weeks then the owner requires a clean at least every two week period. This amended cleaning charge will be sent through to you once we have received your booking.
- If you lose the key a replacement fee will be charged.
- Our check out is 10am. If you have not vacated the property by this time and our cleaners are delayed you will be charged a fee of $100 for every half hour you remain in the property.
