Guest NEED to stop at the registration office to pick up 3 Complimentary Parking passes and 6 Pool/Facility Passes upon arrival. Once in the community guest can walk to everything within the community with ease including three private beaches, the local fitness Center, music and live entertainment at community restaurant, the community convenient store, scenic walking trails, and 2 community pools and fountains! Ocean side is also a short walk across Coastal Highway as well but if you'd prefer to drive curbside parking can be found around every corner Ocean side! The OC Bus always provides easy transportation as well up and down the entire Ocean City coastline!
Pool open seasonally between Memorial Day to Labor Day - weather permitting.
Amenities are run by the Sunset Island Community Association and may periodically be serviced or temporarily closed. We make no guarantee all property amenities will be available throughout stays.
Indoor pool open year round. Pool hours of operation are subject to building control and maintenance. Please ask if you are curious about pool openings during your stay :)
Convenience store reopens May 1st
This is a non-smoking unit. OC Beachfront Rentals charges a $500 fine for smoking in the unit. Guest may smoke on balconies or in designated areas.
Due to the high volume of turnovers in season and to provide the latest check out possible, cleaners may be completing cleanings until 6PM.
If a pack n' play is needed for your stay, please request from us ASAP upon booking confirmation.
Please note that due to certain unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, building maintenance can be unexpected and happen at any time. We appreciate your understanding should a maintenance call be necessary during your stay.
