This charming split-level house has been beautifully decorated in neutral tones, creating a sophisticated and calming coastal retreat. Bathed in natural sunlight from its north-facing aspect, the property is tucked away from the main road, providing both privacy and serenity within easy reach to the beach. The warm wooden floorboards and thoughtfully designed interiors combine to offer a welcoming and designer space fully equipped for a comfortable stay for holidays and longer stays.
Upon entering you come into the main living area, with a rustic dining table and comfortable sofas to relax on and the fully equipped kitchen. Folding doors open onto the standout feature of the home, a sun-drenched sundeck, complete with lounge seating and a gas barbecue, perfect for entertaining or soaking up the coastal sun. On this level you’ll find three beautifully appointed bedrooms: a king master, a queen bedroom and a single bedroom with a single trundle, offering flexible sleeping arrangements. The lower level features another tranquil queen bedroom and a rumpus room with a single bed, ideal as a dedicated space for children.
