ネガティブ: The description of the property does not give a fair summary at all. We also had difficulty getting into the accommodation on arrival - the instructions simply do not work! Poor service. In more detail: 1. The accommodation is in a residential block of apartments. We arrived late night & the instructions we were given did not work. We contacted Sweet Inn customer service & got standard ‘chat bot’ response that they would get back to us. thankfully a resident was able to let us in. he said they have to do this a lot as the apartment block has not got a reception. Very annoying that if he had not been putting his rubbish out we would not have got into the building! 2. The accommodation is at the top of the building on floor 5. you can get the lift but there’s a steep stairs up to the door you have to walk & carry luggage. it’s not for those with heavy luggage & you have a climb every time you go out. 3. The accommodation itself is odd. The main living space is comfortable but with a very low ceiling. The most surprising & worrying feature is the bedrooms. They are not bedrooms! There is one double bed on a mezzanine - this is accessible via a stair but with no safety rail. it’s dangerous. if that wasn’t concerning enough then the ceiling on the mezzanine is no more than 4.5ft at the most. You can not stand up here, even my 12 year old. nor really store luggage or get changed. you have to shuffle on the bed to avoid hitting your head - we did that twice!! The other bedroom is again up on a mezzanine & not what you would describe as a bedroom. It sits on top of an open wardrobe. There are no rails to hold onto. Again very dangerous in the dark. The ceiling is also low. Sweet Inn & booking.com you have to do a better job with your description. Really disappointing & a real low of our trip to Barcelona.
