This property is absolutely unique having prime location coupled with absolute tranquility and an outlook that will take your breath away.
The adjacent Tawharanui regional park offers stunning white sand surf beaches, walking, bird watching, snorkeling, diving, surfing and much much more.
As one house of three on a twelve acre waterfront section the property has no neighbours visible from the house - its purely just views of the bay and the lush grounds of the park.
Fully fenced the property is very child friendly and meanders down to its own beach which is easily accessed.
The property was designed and constructed to be an oasis within easy reach of the city, its form and function follow that of the traditional kiwi bach and its very much aimed as an escape from modern life to enjoy; swimming, diving, fishing, surfing, bush walks and generally enjoying the park and all that the Matakana area has to offer.
This is very much a bach in every sense of the word, there is a great deck for those long summer evenings enjoying the view, but you wont find a TV or wireless broadband as we enjoy a break from these aspects of our busy lives.
Matakana is an easy 15 minute drive offering the markets, vineyards, specialty shops, pub, restaurant and movie theatre.
Special conditions:
