The galley kitchen has a fridge, a two burner induction cooktop, a microwave, an air fryer toaster oven, coffee maker, kettle and toaster.
There is a 55" TV, with an Amazon Fire Stick & Netflix, high speed WIFI is available.
Ample parking is at the Studio front door.
This efficiency suite is a 1,200 sq. ft. 2 bedroom, self-contained apartment.
The living room has two audaciously comfortable couches to lounge on and watch films on the 8'x4' projector screen TV.

Terrance Bay, has the SS Atlantic Heritage park and wilderness area are just down the road.
Terrance Bay also has the East Coast Outfitters, which rent sea kayaks & give tours.
The Eyrie is close to many hiking trails including the spectacular Polly Cove trail.
The Eyrie is located on the locally famous 98km. Peggy’s Cove Cycling Loop.
Coolens Beach is a small, public salt water beach across the road, within easy walking distance, where you can swim, launch your kayak, canoe or paddle-board.
Dogs are permitted with advance approval from the owner. Molly, a golden doodle & Peaches, a miniature poodle live on site.
