Treat yourself to a stylish, hip, and relaxing stay at The Montford Jewel! This recently updated space is a 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, 1250 square foot downstairs apartment nestled in the Historic Montford district, blocks from Downtown Asheville. We live upstairs above the rental and are happy to accommodate guests in any way during your stay. Our historic home is newly renovated for 2022, and it now offers ample amenities and a cherished experience for guests to enjoy in this perfect location.
Our 1924 historic Montford home features ground-floor access. Prior to check-in, guests will receive a customized code to access the lock box with your key. Guests will enjoy a private entrance with french doors that open onto a furnished patio area. This space contains windows in each room (except the bathroom) to ensure that natural light reaches every corner. The Montford Jewel is an intentionally styled space that encourages its guests to unwind and relax. Also, please note our property is not equipped to hold events and no parties or events of any kind are allowed at the Montford Jewel. This property also includes:

As noted above, this is our home and we live upstairs above The Montford Jewel. The normal sounds of life can be heard (including some footsteps and possibly our small dog) but we are very mindful of our noise levels and try our best to keep sounds to a minimum. We have included white noise machines and ear plugs in each bedroom to ensure that guests remain undisturbed throughout their stay. Also, please note that there are no parties or events of any kind allowed in the Montford Jewel. Thank you.
