The Penningtons Apartment is a freshly renovated, luxury space comprising two bedrooms with Queen beds, 100% cotton sheets & luxury underlays for a relaxing night’s sleep. With stylish Sante Fe shutters looking out to stunning views of the city, Freeman’s Bay & Ponsonby & bathed in light. A secure garage and free wifi are added features, with a modern, fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. Cleanse in the fully tiled, modern bathroom with a large glass shower & all natural Ecostore amenities. A coveted location, steps away from Three Lamps & Ponsonby, & walking distance to the CBD. Enjoy a beautiful walk around the marina boardwalk (take the Jacob’s Ladder steps directly to the water, a short walking distance away) & finish with a superb coffee in one of the local cafes. Bliss!
The apartment is on the second floor with external stairs to the front door. There is no lift so it is unsuitable for people who cannot manage stairs.

Centrally located in a vibrant location, where Ponsonby Road, St Mary’s Bay Road, and Jervois Road, Herne Bay, and College Hill, Freeman’s Bay all meet. This location is called Three Lamps. The apartment is steps away. Find world class eateries, bars, two gastro pubs, best freshly roasted coffee, and boutique retail stores. Walking distance, or a short taxi or bus drive, to the CBD, the waterfront & the Viaduct. Victoria Park and a large supermarket are both walking distance away. Walk to the Westhaven Marina & enjoy a coffee, meal, or wine at several excellent eateries, as you gaze out to the Harbour Bridge, the boats, & the CBD.
The Penningtons Apartment is the perfect place to relax and enjoy what central Auckland has to offer.
The apartment provides a complimentary, secure garage for one car (it is a narrow garage and 180cm high approximately, that will not suit large cars, or a large SUV). There is plenty of parking on the street (which is free after 6pm and on Sundays). Neighbouring streets have 2 hours free parking.
The bus stop for the CBD (and the bus link around the inner city, including to Parnell & Newmarket ) and a taxi stand are steps away. There is a cityhop carpark across the road (where you can rent the car in accordance with cityhop’s terms).
Walking is best, as everything is on your doorstep.
The apartment is a family home when not booked, where neighbours need to be considered at all times.
No parties or gatherings. No pets.
The apartment is unsuitable for children under 12 years of age.

The complimentary secure garage fits a Tesler Y but it is narrow & 180cm high and will not fit a large SUV.
Street parking is free after 6pm and all day Sunday. There is 2 hour free parking in local streets.

New World Victoria Park supermarket is just down the street, for all your groceries.
Absolutely no parties or gatherings. There is a property manager, on site, who will advise us if there is a party or loud noise. Please respect the other apartment dwellers and their own quiet enjoyment. This is a home, so please treat it with care and respect. No vaping, drugs, or smoking under any circumstances.
