This magnificent modern contemporary Queenslander home sits high on a ridge in the Blackall Range region, west of Maleny on 106 secluded acres.Boasting breathtaking 180 degree views of the Coast, Brisbane, Moreton Bay and the awe inspiring Glasshouse Mountains.A twenty minute picturesque drive to Maleny village amenities, 1hr 15m from Brisbane, 35 minutes to the Coast's beaches and close to many wedding venues.
This is the ultimate hinterland retreat, a first class property and an established Airbnb destination with 69 stays and all five star reviews (formerly listed as Glasshouse Beauty).

The property consists of the main residence and also three scandanavian eco designed timber cabins. The owners live on-site in one of the cabins at the front of the main house. You may see them around the property & are happy to assist if you have any questions, but will give you complete privacy.
Guests are also welcome to explore the property with various walking tracks and some awesome picnic spots around swimming holes and creeks.
The Refuge will be shared with you by some farm animals including some very curious alpacas, sweet goats, bossy pigs, chickens, ducks.
FEATURES INCLUDE:
Open plan lounge and dining area with wood burning fireplace, surrounded by generous glass doors and bay windows that can be retracted to bring the whole mountain view experience inside. These doors open onto an expansive verandah equipped with alfresco dining & BBQ.
Stunning infinity pool, complete with daybeds and sun lounges. The pool temperature ranges from May-Aug 14-21 °C to Sep-April 20°C -27°C
Fully equipped modern kitchen with 3 Miele ovens, gas cooktop, Breville coffee machine (beans provided), large stone island bench and servery to verandah,
Generous master bedroom with walk-in-robe, an enormous ensuite featuring a free standing bath tub with large retracting window to take in the view. Double sinks and huge double shower with rain head.
Three other Queen bedrooms one with an ensuite, all opening onto the wrap around verandah.
Main bathroom with toilet shower and laundry with washing machine and dryer. Zoned air conditioning throughout the home.
You will want to stay offline but if you need internet you are connected with high speed wifi provided by Starlink. There are 2 Tesla chargers on the property, available on request. Champagne on arrival and a food provision service is available on request at additional cost.
Guests will have access to the main house, verandah and exclusive use of the infinity pool.
The 106 acre property has a total of 6 bedrooms across the main residence and 2 cabin listings (The Refuge - Valley View and The Refuge - Bush View). Please enquire if you are interested in booking multiple residences on the property.
