Welcome to the Alte Meierei holiday apartment in Lutterbek.
This comfortable apartment is located in a historic building in Lutterbek and is approx. 3.5 km from the bathing beach in Stein. In the village there is the well-known culture bar "Lutterbeker". Shopping can be done in the Baltic Sea resort of Laboe, about 4 km away.
The apartment is on the 1st Floor, is about 90 m². It has two separate bedrooms, both with double beds. One of the double beds is 140x200 cm, the other is 180x200 cm.
The spacious living room is equipped with a hi-fi system, a 40 inch flat screen TV and a DVD player.
There is also a bathroom with a large shower, a kitchen and a large hallway.
The apartment is fully furnished and leaves nothing to be desired. Electricity, water and heating are included in the rental price. A coin counter is installed for using the washing machine in the kitchen.
In addition to the normal parking space, your car will also find space in a garage. This measures 340x490 cm, the passage to the garage is 225 cm.
From 01.08.2017 you can charge your electric car in the garage using a type 2 wallbox with an 11 KW socket. Billing takes place via a separate counter (1 KW = 50 cents).
There is a limited area with a terrace in the garden.
Pets are not allowed due to allergy sufferers.
Smoking in the apartment is not permitted.
The laundry package must be booked with every booking, a change of linen is only possible for a fee. From 6 nights onwards, the initial equipment of the booked guests is included.
