The Space:
Come escape to this modern country holiday home only 7 minutes drive to the beaches of Waratah Bay, 10 minutes to Sandy Point.
Enter through the large gates and post and rail fencing welcoming you the 9 acre property. Plenty of room to bring your friends and family with 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open plan kicthen/dining/living room.
Two rear bedrooms (1 x queen and 2 single beds) sit off the main living room, as does the main bathroom and seperate toilet. On the ground floor is also a king sized bedroom and laundry.
Up the timber stairs, you'll find the king sized master bedroom and ensuite with its own deck and magnificant views. Upstairs is also the 6th bedroom with another two single beds.
This property offers you a farm stay getaway while also being close to the beach - best of both worlds.

PLEASE NOTE: There is a strict NO PARTY policy. The house is located in a residential area and noise and public disturbances will not be tolerated. Guests will be asked to leave the premises without notice should noise or nuisance complaints be received or if the number of guests exceeds the number confirmed at time of booking.
Guest Access:
You have use of the entire house and property.
Guest access information will be provided the day of your arrival via email. This will include details on how to locate the property, where to locate the key safe, and the key safe combination to access the keys.
The Neighborhood:
Situated approximately 2.5 hours from Melbourne and approx. 40 mins to Wilsons Promontory. The property is located about 10 minutes from the beach for swimming, surfing and fishing. At Sandy Point there is a Surf Lifesaving club which patrols the beach over summer; they also have a bar, occasional meals and events.
Launch a boat from Shallow Inlet for or enjoy kite surfing & jet skiing (not supplied).
The Sandy Point General store is the hub for groceries, bait, boat hire, petrol, gas, alcohol and an Australia Post outlet or head to into the town of Fish Creek or Foster.
A small Mini golf course is located next to our office on Beach Parade.
Playgrounds & public BBQ areas are located next to the Sandy Point Hall.
Tennis courts are located behind the Sandy Point hall and equipment can be hired from the
General Store.
The Sandy Point Hall hosts art festivals, markets & other events over summer.
Getting Around:
Fish Creek is a small country town featured on the ABC TV SHOW 'Backroads' and plays host to the Tea Cosy Festival and Fishy Stories - Festival of Childrens Stories. Cars are required to get around if you wish to explore the nearby beaches, country side and surrounding areas.
Other Things to Note:
Due to the closure of the Gippsland Power Stations, during peak times (i.e. the middle of summer) we are prone to power blackouts. Mobile phone coverage can also be poor, travellers are advised to use Telstra for the best coverage in our area. This is unfortunately completely out of our control.
Each property in Sandy Point is on tank water and septic systems.
Please note: There will be a call out charge if we are called out after hours. Eg: Losing Keys.
Interaction with Guests:
We are Real Estate Property Managers, managing this house on behalf of the owners. Our Real Estate office is located at 111 Beach Parade, Sandy Point, should you have any questions or concerns. The office hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm and we are available by appointment on weekends and public holidays. Should you have an emergency at the property we have emergency contact numbers located in the house so that you’re able to get in touch with us.
