You will notice the space is naturally cooler due to the earth sheltered design, which is much needed after you’ve had enough of the Okanagan heat. Although if you’re a bit chilled there is secondary, forced electric heat in the main living area and oscillating space heaters in the bedrooms . Central heating and cooling is wirelessly controlled by the owners; we will do our best to make sure the temperature is comfortable during your stay.
Step outside to your spacious and welcoming private patio that is complete with dining for 6, cozy lounge area, barbeque, and propane fire pit. So whether you’re enjoying a coffee or some local wine, barbequing or a good book, your outdoor oasis is just the beginning to your peaceful getaway.

Vehicle traffic is a rare occurrence, with only the occasional car or bicycle passing on the adjacent street. On your way you will notice the foot path to the north of the property is quite popular with the active-minded crowd of the neighbourhood, which has numerous easy walking “loops” to take in the lush green foliage and towering pines that are reminiscent of Vancouver’s north shore.
