THE HOUSE: On the ground floor, you will find the kitchen which has access to the dining room, 1 double bedroom with 160x200cm bed, then a living room with a fireplace and TV area. Here, you will also find a hallway which gives access to the first floor and the garden.
Upstairs, you have 3 bedrooms: 1 double bedroom with 160x200cm bed, 2 twin bedrooms with 80x190cm bed and 90x200cm bed and 1 bathroom with bath and shower.
On the second floor, there is a bedroom with 3 single beds (80x200cm), and a bathroom with shower and toilet.
The practical side: there’s a toilet on each floor.
To warm up after a long walk in the open air, the fireplace and a stove is ready to welcome you home…add some crepes and hot chocolate, it will be heaven!
THE GARDEN: In front of the house, a courtyard will give you the opportunity to have lunch outside in peace, charmed by a small farmhouse and its exposed stone barns. Behind the house, an open garden and an additional space will allow you to park your cars (3 spaces).
The garden is grassy, with fruit trees, and unmowed areas are there to host biodiversity.
THE SURROUNDINGS: You are located in a very quiet, private area. 200m from the sea, 600m from the dunes of Ste Marguerite, and 400m from the beach which leads to Fort Cezon, you will be ideally located to enjoy the Brittany coast: walks, swimming, and relaxation!
The town of Landéda is 2.8km away, you will find a supermarket and 2 bakeries.
The port of l’Aber Wrac’h with its bars and restaurants is 3.8km away.
