Welcome to our peaceful and cozy private space located on the ground level, situated in Rothesay Bay, Auckland. Perfect location close to Browns Bay village with all you need is walking distance to supermarket, Cafes, Restaurants, Sunday markets, and nice beaches 3 to 5 minutes walk away.
We specialize in short-term/ holiday rentals. It is our number one priority to make your stay most enjoyable and memorable.
Our guests can enjoy a self-check-in property, but our friendly host and booking team are available through emails, calls, and SMS whenever the needs arise. Your privacy and enjoyment are our top priority for a WOW getaway
You are welcome to use the entire space in the house as mentioned above. The house is big and plenty of space for privacy as well we are very welcoming you to be a part of our social life in the shared areas if you wish. Car park outside the house or on the street.
A modern private room with a living area, TV, Bathroom and toilet, and a big private deck area just outside your door. Serene and quiet private down that end of the house, sharing with another nice guy who is not much there.
The other end of the house is sharing including the kitchen, dining, lounge with a fireplace, table tennis, extra toilet and many outdoor spaces with a swimming pool in a tropical garden as well as a BBQ area that you are welcome to use at any time.
